A traditional Nordic meal with pea soup, pancakes, beer, wine and punch, will be served at Chef Søren's Kitchen.

Our Speaker for April's Pea Soup & Pancakes is Michael Griffin. An (almost) native Texan raised in Houston and residing in Katy.  He leads a double life: by day he is the owner of a financial planning and asset management company called SilverOak Financial Group, and in his off hours he and his wife are the producers of Valhalla Premium Aquavit. 

Come join us as Mike tells the story of Valhalla, how it came to be, the challenges of getting a spirits brands off the ground, and the fun that he and his wife have had sharing their enthusiasm for a Texas born-and-bred aquavit.
