Message from the President
The Greater Houston region is one of the most dynamic business environments in the world. At the Finnish American Chamber of Commerce Greater Houston, our mission is to connect Finnish and U.S. professionals, companies, and entrepreneurs to create real opportunities through meaningful relationships.
We focus on building a community that goes beyond traditional networking by sharing practical insights and supporting our members in navigating cross-border opportunities between Finland and the United States.
At the same time, we bring the Finnish community together through cultural events and traditions, including Vappu, Independence Day, and other social gatherings that create a strong sense of connection across the Greater Houston area.
On a personal note, I grew up above the Arctic Circle in Lapland, Finland. Since moving to Houston in 2022, I have come to appreciate both the opportunities here and the warmth of the community. Being part of building a Finnish network in Texas is especially meaningful to me.
We welcome both individual members, including professionals and entrepreneurs, as well as corporate members looking to expand their presence and connections in the Greater Houston market.
